Try playing the wingers on the opposite flanks to their preferred foot. I've had issues getting performances out of the winger role this year too when they're playing as intended (same foot as side)
Tip - One of your wingers should be a good set piece taker, that helps with ratings as crosses...
This one
Get good all round midfielders and fast strikers and you can beat anyone. Also would recommend having 4 wingbacks in the squad as you'll have to micro manage them throughout games, they cover alot of ground and will get tired. As with the other tactic DLP may not get the best ratings...
Sorry, I apologise if I've hijacked the thread, didn't mean to do that. Haven't asked Knap for permission to share here but you can find it on his google docs
Both tactics are good for rotating as perhaps home and away versions
Good tactic, there's also another version with a DM and Libero which is better defensively IMO
Against defensive teams you can try turning off pass into space, overlap or drop the line of engagement a notch
Goal scoring potential looks good. In the Milwall sim he went on a run of 1 win in 12, if a human player was in charge would probably recover sooner and with micro-management maybe end up in the auto promotion spot who knows.
