Big thanks to Vujevic and various others on his tactics thread for guidance in setting this up. It evolved from Spielmacher. Fairly effective for underdogs in English Lower League and very effective for stronger sides. Not tested at Elite Level so may need a few tweaks for that.

Is this the test linked a couple of posts earlier? I'd be curious to see how my 3-4-2-1 fares against Spielmacher and Tornado in this test as I know they're both really effective in game.

In my opinion if you're using weaker/underdog teams you could consider dropping mentality to positive and replacing the libero with a CD on cover. When at home against weaker teams you can switch to the full tactic. If you are already playing with a strong team then I'd say you're unlucky or...
