Can't change tactics during a game

As the title suggests really!

I select a shout command and then all of a sudden all the tactical options become unavailable until halftime or when a player gets sent off! Can't make any substitutions or anything!

I'd like to think it isn't something really obvious, but it doesn't look like it!

Yes! I have this too. It's so fckin frustrating. Any help on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated.

It's especially frustrating as the current match engine means that anything you do with your team to start a game will likely not be the correct answer and be deserving of brutal punishment.

same is happening to me ;o randomly happens when changing things in tactic screen, but more often when using shouts..
