Continuing to full game..

If I load English league in the demo, and then i want to continue my save in the full game, but with more playable leagues, I know I can use add leagues but if I add new leagues will new players come into my current game?

yeah, when you add a new league/s then it auto sims the league up to that point including adding the players, making transfers in the league, releasing useless youth players, and making sure the players develop correctly.

But it won't have any effect on my league, will it?

now directly, although you'll have more players available to sign and the clubs will be more active in teh transfer market and if you play one of them in europe then they'll be a tougher challenge as they'll have their full squad available not just half of it.
