Lamela as an AMC (Advanced Playmaker)

I'm currently playing with Spurs on the latest LFC Marshall update.

Erik Lamela starts off life as primarily an AMR (Inside forward).

I'm using the Forever Real Madrid tactic and have been playing Lamela somewhat out of position as an AMC (Advanced Playmaker).

I'm just wondering what training, PPMs etc should I put him on to turn him onto a truly world class AMC.

Any suggestions?

Same goes for Raheem Sterling actually.

I started off using a formation with inside forwards but have switched - now I'm stuck with players I need to adapt to their role.

I've just started a new save with spurs last night.

I haven't really played him there all that much. I played him there for the first few games but my team as a whole wasn't playing very well so I changed formation and put him as AMC. He's been patchy there for me - has some great games but one or two stinkers.

Now playing him as an inside forward again and he's scoring quite a few.
