Looking for a non steam version of world super league

I`m looking for a non steam version of world super league:
I want a league full of the worlds best and also make some cups that will replace the current CL and EL so this league will be considerated as the best and everyone will only want to move in rather than out of those leagues!

Can anyone link me to a download?

I also have the steam version but I would rather use this version as the steam version is on my old pc and I rather not install steam
