I've seen new databases with the players from 2008 in it. Is there an updated database that includes Ronaldo Jr and Messi's children in it?

Is there an update that uses the 5 sub rule as well as the promotions/relegations? I've found them for one or the other but you can't use them together with them using the English database.

I had that problem but if you put most of the money as paid over 6+ months then it will work
