Just wondering why when I play away from home sometimes I am in my home kit still and not my away kit

Is there any way to be notified when Any staff member is approached by another club? Only on a few occasions have I been aware of a coach/scout being approached by another club while the rest I find out when they have already agreed terms and left. (subscribe option is greyed out)

I take the Arsene Wenger approach and play my reserve/youth players in the L/FA cups. I tend to add a little exp to the team if I end up playing Chelsea or Arsenal etc but nothing major. I have managed to win 2 League cups and one FA cup using this method over 6 seasons. (man utd)

I am not sure if this has been asked before but, is it possible for me to remove the reserve games from the calendar at the top? , and just have the senior team games displayed only.

I was just wondering what the right amount of coaches and other staff to have at your club. I currently have 7 physios 8 coaching staff and 10 scouts. ( I dont think I need so many physios personally)
