If you go to tactics screen maybe its because you're feeling that your team its down, so maybe its obvious your problem ;)
I've achived great results with 4-6-0...Of course you need to be carufull to don't leave your team mutch behind...
But I think there's not a tactic problem man :)
I really recomend that you should take a "ride" and read tactics & training threads as you can learn the different stiles of football... I think that you should watch threads about josé mourinho, they can be inspiring...

I think that you are wrong, but its just my opinion...I play since CM 2001 and I think that there was one time where the game did get a little worst but on the last years thinks have improved a lot! The detail as increase and of course that the difficulty as increased as well...BUT I LOVE IT GOD...

Mourinho normally uses 4-5-1, that on atack easilly change for 4-3-3
