18 yo I'd set to train as a winger when I saw he had 1 on Flair.
I dont think I ever used someone with flair 1 as a creative figure. He has technical skills, vision, work rate, decision, ant, and physical abilities to evolve.
but i was wondering if, lets say his flair improves to 5 or 6 at best...
