Not really. But i could live with 2 strikers not defending deep. its just that they are not defending as much as i wish they would.

It depends.
if u r going 343, the balance of the midfield 4 is key.
If you are going 433, the fullbacks are the key to covering the wings and not getting owned by crosses.
To date, i think playing with 1 shadow striker behind 2 strikers is best for me if you like to see teams constructing...

I dont really tweak the match training.
For me, i train at tactical high intensity. usually when the transfer window closes, im almost at fluid assuming its not my first season.
