I think value for money he is prob great, can be got for about 10 million and will score around 20-30 goals a season. I always prefer getting Dzeko, if i can will always get you 30-40. But depending on your transfer budget Artem is still good enough for any top 4 team

Yeah every few months just say things like you believe he is a rising star, or is quality player. You may soon become one of his favored personnel. Villa will just accept praise but i've never been able to unsettle him

Villa will cost you min of about 45-60 million. You may need to pay 30 upfront and the rest over monthly installments. The cheapest I got Sakho was for 17.75 million and that was after unsettling him. Haven't been able to unsettle Villa as of yet.

Little tip. Maybe have some screenshots of the success you had with the tactic, what players you used and proof that you have tested it across different teams. Without that I don't think many people will be willing to try it out, no offence intended.
