I would also recommend Douglas costa. (might've been mentioned earlier..?) Cheap, young and awesome. Develops into a worldclass Inside forward and can play on both sides. Has a beatiful habit of slamming in freekicks aswell. Bought him for about 8 mil and he is now worth 160 after a season...
