I've played a 5 seasons with Malaga using this tactic. The results are always above what you can expect. We had som periods where things didn't go our way but every season was a better result than the last. Now we won Champions League and La Liga. Team has some good players but is far below...

Working great as plug and play.

First year was amazing for me as Milan and FM touch. Second year is horrible in the league and the board is only happy since I manage to do well in CL.

Tried it for 5 games with FM touch and Aston Villa (no signings). 4 losses including Carabao cup and one draw vs Newcastle.

I'm learning FM 2012 and am playing with my Milan at season 3. I've won the league the first two years with the attacking 4-3-3 strategy. However I always lost early in CL. And at the end of the second season I begun losing to just about everyone. Do I need to change tactics sometimes? Now...
