Shaolin 4231 v5 worked very well in my Spurs save. The players roles are well suited for the original squad, both Kane and Son are banging in goals. Just need to sign some good wingbacks.
Certainly a fluke match there's no way any tactic could score that much consistently. It's quite common to score 4-6 goals for that 3 strikers tactic though, you should try it.
I find it lacking of goals and more susceptible to draws when my team gets stronger, probably more suitable for underdog where the AI will attack you instead of sitting back whole day counter attacking. If you have a good team try 4231, it's so good.

That "ping pong" effect inside penalty box is the most annoying and unrealistic phenomenon in this year's FM. Happened once in a hundred matches in real life but in FM this happens almost every match.
I tried 4141, it's extremely solid but I find it lacking of goals, 442 V2 is better for me. Though, I have switched to 4231 from 442 now that my team is upgraded and i'm loving it more than 442. The football play is more fluid and more variety of goals.
