This tactic is more stable than my 4-2-3-1 assymetric
I've made this tactic to create high counter press when retaking possesion.
In pre season i played against a few topteams with good results,at camp nou i scored 3goals in first half.
Key players are the inverted wingers and poacher,lukaku is a monster in this tactic.
You need fast strikers
One ball playing defender
Left midfielder must be right footed and right midfielder left footed
Team training assistant manager
Player training ,make sure you train right en left midfielder to inverted winger
