Hey guys! As in FM 2019, I'm going to do a megapack for South, Central and Caribbean Americas again. My focus is to improve the array of leagues we have in FM which is not so big due to license problems, burocracy and other problems.
This FM 2020 megapack will include all possible league/cup expansions for all countries from South, Central America and Caribbean + Mexico which is also a Latin America country. As I had a lot of problems with editor when I was doing Brazil, I don't guarantee him in this megapack, but of course, I'll try to do it. First updates are expected to be done in December or January 2020.
Here is the list of updates which will be held:
SOUTH AMERICA
Argentina: down to Level 5 with real rules/formats and configs to all already confirmed future changes in Argentine football structure (OBS: I will be doing that along with wasaki) (SEE MORE)
Bolivia: down to Level 3 (maybe Level 4), including Departmental Leagues and real rules/format. (DONE)
(MAYBE) Brazil: down to Level 4 + all State Championships and Cups, real rules/format (including qualification for Level 4 via State Championships) + all future features. (DONE)
Chile: down to Level 5 (maybe Level 6 if it will be created in 2020 by Chilean Federation), real rules/formats. (DONE) (thanks to Chilean H.R. Pablo Tapia and ucdark) (DONE)
Colombia: If needed, there will be an update including fixed formats for Primera A, B and Copa Colombia. (DONE)
Ecuador: down to Level 3 + provincial amateur leagues which qualify to Level 3 national phase (they're considered as Level 4), real rules/formats + national cup and supercup. (DONE)
Paraguay: down to Level 4, real rules/format + national cup. (DONE)
Peru: down to Level 2 or 3, fixed Liga 1, real rules/format (except promotions from Level 3 directly to Level 1 due to the impossibility of the editor to do that) + national cup. (DONE)
Uruguay: down to Level 3 + Copa Uruguaya starting from 2020, real rules/format. (DONE)
Venezuela: down to Level 3, real rules/format + national cup. (DONE)
