For those who read the other thread. This has come out the very successful Fiend formation. But a simpler version and more standard shape. For underdog teams and teams at all levels. And been working for a lot of people and myself included.
I won the Prem with my Malvern side but i'm about 15 seasons in, So have been doing a new journeyman save starting in Norway where I have been getting great results and is a joy to watch. Currently doing great in Europe and biggest test was against Feyenoord where we destroyed them.

CORNERS/FREE KICKS - Either RCM/ RIGHT BACK
CORNER/FREE KICK ATTRIBUTE ABOVE 13 SO IF THE RCM OR RIGHT BACK DOES NOT HAVE THAT ATTRIBUTE GET SOMEONE WHO DOES
THROW INS - FULL BACK MUST HAVE LONG THROW ATTRIBUTE ABOVE 13
LEFT BACK TAKES LEFT
RIGHT BACK TAKES RIGHT
Set plays are very important. If your not following the advice you could lose out on 25% of goals scored.
Buy players for the position. Scout them. Get the right players in the right role. If they cant play the role, sell them and get someone who can. There is no point in having square pegs in round holes. It's a game, you can find 2 players for each position, if not your letting yourself down.
LEFT WINGER - RIGHT FOOTED
RIGHT WINGER - LEFT FOOTED
Also get pace everywhere, Especially CB I only buy CB's who can play on Cover as if they can play Cover they can do the other duties anyway
