I have developed this 4-4-2 tactic over multiple saves, it has brought me success everywhere i have used it.

Everton - PL winners
Viking FK - Champions league knockout stages and multiple league titles.
Wigan - Promoted to PL in 2 seasons.
Schalke - Top of Bundesliga with a pretty weak squad.

The tactic is a high tempo, high press that is defensively solid aswell.
