4-1-2-2-1 Looking for ST and AMR advice

I'm currently 1 season done with Southampton and I have a lot of money to splash the cash, I was wondering who is a great buy that would beast through premier league after 1 season of development. I wanted to sign Berahino, but Chelsea were just faster to react. Also I need a great AMR since Jay Rodriguez keeps on being injured. Any advice would help.

Prefered formations: 4-1-2-2-1 and 4-2-3-1
Prefered role for ST: False nine
Prefered role for AMR: Winger
