The Belarusian Second&Lower Divison?

Hello fellow gamers,
I was just wondering if anyone would be kind enough to put these two leagues into a playable database as I am completely hopeless at using the editor.
I'd like these as id love to manage RUOR due to their high standard of facilities.
Any help would be appreciated.
I have tried previously but i can not get my head around the relegation/promotion systems in the database.

Hello,

I have created my own update to play with RUOR Minsk. Here is the link : belarus 1.1.dbc

It contains : Belarus Vyschaya liga (11 teams, 30 matches), Belarus Pervaja liga (15 teams, 28 matches), Belarus Vtoroja liga (19 teams, 36 matches), Belarus lower division (the name of this division might be in French because I'm French, 2 groups of 12 or 13 teams). Plus Belarus cup and Belarus Super Cup.

Say me if it doesn't work.
