Has anyone had any succcess with three AMCs in a 4-2-3-1

For the future at arsenal, I have Hazard, Wilshere Ramsey, Lansbury and Labyad. Inside Forward (hazard), Advanced Playmaker (Wilshere), and Attacking Midfielder (rotation of Ramsey, Labyad and Lansbury) respectively for the three roles?

What is the striker's role? Hold up and spray to charging midfielders or be an outlet for the copious amounts of through balls from the inside forward (with rarely long shots) or the AdvPlaymaker?

I assume the back two midfielders are defensive, ive got Song, M'Vila, and Frimpong. Through frimpong has played well as a box-box rather than a defmid. But Mvila as a DLP and Song/Frimpong as Anchor Men of Defensive Mid's on a defend duty?

Thanks for any help you can give fellas.
I am currently playing a 4-5-1 and doing quite well, with RVP as a Treq leading the league in assists to my IFs on the wings. But soon enough I will be overrun with worldclass center mids and will need to develop a way to get more of them on the field at once.
