A dirt poor team

Hi I have started a save with plymouth using one of the transfer updates, we only have 13 senior players and the rest are youth. I am seriously lacking money as our wage budget is 7.5k yet we are spending 22.1k on wages at the minute, I have released all youth players bar 7 (as they will preform as backup because they are hot prospects). The max I can offer a player in wages is £100.

ps I have already asked the board to increase wages (it was previously 5k :/ )

also we are in league 2 and I am expected to get promotion from the board

try doing preseason tours against big teams you will lose lots but make upto £3.0 million

even if you do this you don't see the money until the next season. i think you'll just have to tough it out first season and hope that the board stump up more funds in january.
