I'm playing with Lazio and I am in the middle of my first season. I scouted some regens in Brazil and I found also some good regens in africa. However I am only allowed to sign one non-eu player per season. What can I do to sign these regens? They would only come in 3 years but then I can only sign 1.

No way of doing it without cheating im afraid. You could just use FMRTE to add a dual nationality.
However i dont encourage this as it takes the realism out of the game. I suggest just scouting extensively until you find the best one and sign him. Im 6 seasons in and havnt signed a non eu player in 3 years.
