Anyone not able to request feeder?

Is anyone else getting the bug where you click on request feeder, but you get no message from your board? I thought since I started a fresh game with 10.2 that it wouldn't be a problem, but now it's back. There is very very little on the SI forums about it.

It makes building a dynasty that much harder. Luckily I got a good feeder a few months ago who actually plays in a league.

nope, never. cant see much else out there about it either. maybe its specific to your data files. have you been fiddling lol?

The first time I got it, I didn't fiddle. Then I started a new save with my own database (just uniform changes) and bam the bug comes back a year into it.

Really frustrating as it's fairly important for building a team.
