Budget- £13M , I could also do monthly add ons.
I'm using LFC Marshall's Summer Update.

Oswaldo Sanchez is good but fairly old would only cost about £1M.
Craig Gordon.

I've just started an Arsenal save myself, Sczesney or however you spell it is pretty good on this game & develops very well so i stuck with him, Arsenal's squad really isn't that big i bought Falcao with the budget & he's been brilliant

Just remembered Kameni is a very good keeper and is available for a reasonably good price

You cant get igor akinfeev for 10m. Stick to Szcesny (Cant spell out his name correctly), he's pretty good in the game.
