Backroom staffs transfer too frequent??

I have noticed there are alot of backroom staffs transfers in e prem league. Even chelsea staffs going to Man U. Not going to happen in real life!! Also alot of clubs trying to poach my staffs. Is it me or is everyone else having the same experience?

Yeah it happens to me a lot at Braga. I had 4 coaches stolen in my first year, then in the second year I had 2 more coaches poached and so far this season somebody has already signed one of my scouts and the season hasn't even started yet!
