Ball winning mid and cen def

Looking ahead to next season any recommendations for a ball winning mid and central defenders not sure on budgets yet but would like to start looking younger the better trying to build a young team to dominate I'm Fulham season 3

BWM- Albin Ekdal, M.Diame. Alfred N'Diaye. Bruno Zuculini.

CB- Jesus Vallejo. Ashley Williams.

BWM/CB - Kyriakos Papadopoulous. Beast as a BWM. Otherwise, Lucas Romero and Vallejo are good option, although, if they've been snapped up by others, neither of them will be cheap.

I have Daniel amartey as my ball winning mid and stones and balanta as my cen def at the moment but looking for cover or an improvement on them I had Romero but he went to arsenal for 27 mill
