best 2 signings in each position

just starting a new game and was wondering who would be your first signings when u started
hopefully give a player for each position
obviously not the torres and gerrards i mean more youngsters but who can still have an immediate effect

DC - Chileini expensive or Mexes at a reasonable price (Fazio 500k)

CM - Mouassa Sissoko and i cant think of another right now!

AM - Hamsik or Hazard

Some of them aren't young, [Arevalo, Juhász, Samaras], but are definetly effective if you play them correctly.

i am managing a top team so would these players cut it at that level
and ideally i would like to tranform my team into a team with 24 years and younger in each position with great potential
