Best Teams To Manage?

Hey, I have made this thread to ask who everyone finds the most fun to manage on FM12 because I find it quite annoying when I start a new game and end up feeling I've wasted my time because it was no fun either because I did extremely bad or it was far to easy.

I need a fun team to manage that I can stick at for atleast 10 seasons that will be fun and provide a new challenge every season. Anyone know any good teams that will keep me interested but still challenge me as well? At the minute I'm thinking of just starting the Lowest League To Champions League to keep me going.

San Marino challenge is good with lots of work. Check that thread out if you want. Other good ones are the usual low league to champs league challenges.

Also I like playing with teams which have quite a lot of debt and trying to clear that debt out by developing and selling players and winning cups.

Try hartlepool, so many frustrations its unreal lol... transfer budget for 1st season in the premiership was 95k.
