Biggest transfer/wage budget in FM13?

Well if they base it roughly on the funds in this transfer window then it has to be Chelsea or PSG but just based on owners and stuff then Man.City, Real Madrid, Anzhi, not too sure about Malaga anymore as they dont seem to be spending any money this year. All depends on how they do it, Barcelona, Man.City, Man.Utd, Chelsea(after CL prize money and TV revenue)are the richest for sure in terms of value, whether this results in large transfer budgets remains to be seen.

it will be whichever big team spends the least so probably arsenal

Malaga are in financially trouble, can't see them getting much.

chelsea and psg will have next to none,
i think real madrid will have the most alongside city as they have not spent much.
barca, man utd, ac millan, arsenal. will have a respectable amount

man utd have over 50bn in debt, yet they continue to spend t money. roflbsst.

Top5 Richest Clubs, 2013:
1.Man City
2.Barcelona
3.Real Madrid
4.Chelsea
5.Liverpool (they just dont give it to their manager)

lol at not realising the debt Manchester United are in is not really affecting their spending power.

Manchester United generate the most revenue in the world (by a football team), therefore, they can still buy players/ sign new contracts etc while paying off their debts slowly.

It's also closer to 400m now while being 700m just over 2 years ago.

The debt is not Manchester United's but the Glazer's, as they took out a loan when purchasing the club. Unfortunately for everyone else they are extremely good businessmen and after the debt is paid off they will only increase Manchester United's lead at the top of worldwide revenue for football and possible be able to compete with the oil-rich owners of PSG, Chelsea etc.

The debt is Man United's as the Glazers made it responsible for servicing their debts, when the Glazers bought the club they took out a loan as you said, they have cost United over £500m in interest since the takeover.
It has affected there spending power, that's why Scholes was brought back, and they also missed out on Lucas Moura.

50bn in debt, haaa wow. if that was true they would be long gone...

Manchester United have around 423 million pounds of debt that we know of and is in a reasonably healthy financial position and will be very healthy if the Glazers latest scheme goes to plan. For their plan to work they need a Man Utd fan who is also a billionaire or close to it and is very dumb (I don't think such a person exists but it doesn't hurt trying).

New sponsorship deal worth $60m per year will help out with the finances a bit...

PSG are looking more likely to sign him, just stating what I've heard.
However as always not believing anything until it's confirmed by a reliable source.

Liverpool #5? Where are they hiding the money lol. :(

Would be great to have this implemented in fm2013: A sugar daddy taking over your club..

Should be City no doubt but also PSG, Barcelona, Real Madrid, United and Chelsea
