Tutoring wonderkids

Hi, anyone face problems tutoring wonderkids? I can't get drogba to tutor lukaku and also tried tutoring neymar with afew first team players but there are no options to tutor them.

I think a player has to settle into the club before they can be tutored.

in the Development tab, there'll be Tutoring option

I've got Zambrotta to tutor Kolodziejczak on his first weeks.
no need to settle!!!

just talk to the senior that you want him to be the tutor
