Was just wondering if people could suggest some good some box to box midfielders to me and maybe explain why they maybe more useful than a CM. im thinking of playing a 4-1-3-2 and one of those 3 CM's i was going to have a B2B.
thanks.
thanks.
what budget are you on?
Try a box to box man, with a ball winner and a playmaker, as mccolio, check GodCubed's tactical synergy guide out.
For a box to box man, check Moussa Sissoko, Felipe Melo, Fernandinho, Josuha Guilavogui and Aron Gunnarson out, depending on what team you are.
I wouldn't say that they are more useful, but it is useful to have each of your midfielders playing a different role (they don't get in each others way that way) - look up godcubes thread on tactical synergy, that will help explain what I'm on about much better than I can in my own words.
I look at it this way, a normal central mdfielder on support may need less attributes than a box to box, but he should be more specialised in what he does (have 16+ on each of the needed stats if you find a good one)
A box to box is a bit more of an all round player with his most important stats being aerobically linked (pace, stamina etc - logical really, as he will need to go box - box). You'd expect him to be less specialised, but have a lot of 13s and 14s in his stats without any real weaknesses.
yeah thats exactly what i was thinking of doing B2B, ball winner and playmaker. obviously i already have diaby. do you think he will be good enough to play B2B? i have fab as playmaker and song as DM. then theres always wilshere? headache!
