my transfer budget is £2M,
i need a consistent goal scorer and a quick right mid

When cedric bakambu joins chelsea - loan him, he is a fantastic ST in the championship first season, i had him for QPR and his goals got me promoted in 1st place.

Be quick and snap up Vaclav Kadlec if he's interested in joining you, kid bags goals for fun. He's available for ~€1M (not sure how much that would be in pounds, but not more as 2 I assume).
Vladimir Yurchenko is a free agent (11.3 patch), plays best as a striker and can play on the right wing, too.
