Can't select my edited DB, nor patch 10.3.0 Patch

Hey, i have created a football player on the fm editor saved it in the editor data folder, loaded up fm ticked the change box and says 1 enabled (1 in total). Also i downloaded the new patch 10.3.0, followed the tut on how to install it but dosnt seem to want to work for me, I'm using a mac and if anyone could send me a link to a tut or know how to do it using a mac please get back to me

yeah i cant install the update patches on my mac either HELP!! where do we install them?!?!

did you select the mac specific patch as shown here?

yeah i did all that correctly, but i seem to remember having to install it in a specific location on fm 09 i just dont know where to install on fm 2010 :S any ideas??

I'm not a mac user so i have no idea. On PC you add .exe to the filename to make it an executable program that self installs.
