cant use downloaded tactics

hello there ive downloaded tactics from fm base web site and they are showing up as PHP FILES and not TAC files there not showing up in my tactics folder can anyone help please??????????????????//

If that's happening it's because your browser or download manager is causing the file to download incorrectly.

Use a different web browser and turn off your download manager if you have one.

have u downloded winRAR and extracted files? usually need to.

If they are downloading as PHP files it's because his browser/download manager isn't running the download script properly and saving the webpage instead of the file he wants.
