Changing National Teams?

Is it possible to change national teams? I want to create the old Yugoslavia and USSR leagues as well as they're national sides. I know the leagues and competitions are possible, however is it possible to change the national sides, merging Ukranian and Russian, Croat and Serbian etc?

Would be great if someone would answer and save me a bit of time.

to merge all these nations change all their cities to Yugoslavia then edit each of these countries and remove europe from the continent..... u need to change Yugoslavia's continent to europe....
