crash dump problem

please help me someone, i have jutade a database and i go to play it and it gives me some crash dump problem saying its a serious error and fm10.1.0f84702 has to close. I have turned the sound thing to minimum and the sound is on smart. Someone please help me!!

Remove all additional things like Skin, Faces etc. Also, is your game up to date ? If not, install newest patch. its 10.3.0 ( I can see your game is not up to date )

where is the download for the newest patch?

If you have steam it will download automaticly but if not just go to downloads at the top of the page I think the uptades are in there.
