Creating A Wonderkid Manager

How do I create a manager in the editor? I've created a non-player and put his job preference to manager (20). But when I start a new game with the loaded database and search for him he doesn't appear

Is anyone clued up on the editor because I can't start a game till I sort this out :/

Have you ensured you are loading the right size database so that your created manager is included (small, medium, large)?

Its all about reputation. As such a "wonderkid"manager would need at least 140 current rep. 100 worldwide and 140 home rep to be given any chance of getting good jobs early on.

It may also help if you give him a starting club
