Crush Dumps and LOW MEMORY

Hi guys! I dont know if i've posted this in the right forum please just pardom!

just got my FM2011 and in pre-season it's already telling me that 'FM2011 is running dangerously low on memory' plus it stopped and said something about an error about crush dumps! any ideas around this problem? URGENT! a matter of life and death! Lol

Delete some of your graphics from the graphics folders, you clearly have too much data stored inside
