International Cap Bonus

Sorry if this is a silly question, but can someone please verify what the 'international cap bonus' is?

Is it a 1 off bonus the player gets when he gets an international cap, or is it something he gets per international cap?

edit: nevermind. found out its PER GAME. No way in **** can i afford to pay Neymar £125k a week with a £12.5k goal and app fee PLUS a £100k international cap bonus... im reverting to my last save haha
