Defenders?

I'm Aston Villa and I'm in March of my 1st season and things are going OK but I need a whole new defense and GK for next season because they have been awful this season and there getting old. I MIGHT get into Europe, (depends how I do in the FA Cup) and I will finish 7th/8th in the Prem by the looks of things.

I obviously don't know how much I'll get yet but as I haven't spent anything this season I imagine it will be a reasonable amount because I hope to make about 25mil from player sales in the summer as well.

Any help for my team? Players who can help get me into the CL in a couple of seasons preferably.

Get Simon Kjaer, he is a decent defender and can get him quite cheap. There is also Subotic CB from Dortmund, Schmelzer LB from Dortmund, Martin Kelly and for keeper try Maxym Koval.

Those players mentioned probably won't move to villa. And will cost a fair bit.

Kelly and Subotic might be a bit difficult to get but if he does win the FA cup, I would imagine the rest wouldn't be a problem. You could always try for Scott Dann aswell.
