Anyone done a save with Kiev?

Was thinking about it but is it too easy or can they really challenge in Europe in first couple of seasons?

And if you know whats there starting budget on 11.3?

in the first season it is not hard to win Europe League, or to win a group in Champions League
transfer budget is 11,5 mln $, wage budget is 700 000$ per week, inthe start team use nearly 545 000$
after a half of season board give + 5-12 mln $
in the next season the transfer budget will be nearly 30 mln $
such players like Garmash, Yarmolenko, Kravets, Max Koval, Rybalka, K. Petrov and Kalitvintsev are the future of the club.
also Milevskiy, Mykhalyk, Khacheridi would help them as veterans

I feel it is too easy, personally i would be Dnipro, who have some fairly good players and a bit of money, but the challenge there is to break the dominance of Dynamo and Shakhtar. I believe they are in europe so it could be possible to win the europa league but it will be harder than dynamo.
