Recommended settings, extras and downloads for new game?

Hi

Ive just got hold of Football Manager 2013 and im about to start my first game. Although I have played ince 2006 so im familiar with the game features etc etc

Im going to play as a Blue Square Premier team, try and take them as far and high as I can in the country and hopefully land a big job in the future.

But before I start I wanted to know if anyone recommends any any settings, patches, downloads, skins, packs, leagues etc that will enhance the quality enjoyability of the game.

Just to let you know, you can use Fm12 facepacks, club logos, kits, etc. (I only know for sure you can use FM12 one's, you can probably use older versions again )
