Obviously long balls up towards the target man Grant Holt and then getting as many men forward as possible to support him, and feed off his knock downs.

Marking - ???
Crossing - Float Crosses

Primary Playmaker - Wes Hoolahan
Primary Target Man - Grant Holt

That seems pretty good although maybe Holt could be more of a complete forward?, watching this game, they aren't too aggressive so tackling and marking could just be default, also the right midfielder often moves into the centre so try and represent that

Yeah I thought that, how would you get the right midfielder drifting inside?
