Facepacks have stopped working

Facepacks have always ran correctly on my copy of FM2009, but I recently installed Windows Framework 3.5.1 onto my Vista system so that I could run the FM Run time editor. Ever since then all facepacks, logos, any imported graphics have stopped appearing. I've tried uninstalling Framework, and re-installing FM2009 but still found no difference. Can anybody help me with this problem?

well why dont you uninstall windows framework
