When you have downloaded them and put them into their proper folders, just rename them as config. I hade to add the parts "large logo" and "small logo" to them so I could upload them properly for you and you'll just need to add the club's ID to the config's as well as I couldn't do that from this computer as I don't have the game installed.
Right click on the config file, click "open with" and select Notepad. In the config file enter the ID number for the team between the two forward slashes where it says club//logo
