Feeder club problem

I'm in the January transfer window and I can't send players to my domestic feeder club (Albion Rovers), but I can to clubs in Belgium, Hungary and England. Any ideas what's happened?

Your feeder may have reached their loan limits and hence can't accept the players you try to send.
