I like the idea but dont get me wrong but I am sure when holidaying you only will have your *** Manager making the decisions as you leave the decisions on his behalf. Do you have a good Assistant Manager or an average one as I think that would make a difference to the final results. Just curious to find out thats all.

He used the same club for each formation.
Tested Tactic FC or Tactic Tested FC?
So I think it's the same *** man.

yes I know tactics dont work as good when holidaying but I feel that all tactics will be effected roughly the same and I will still be able to work out which tactics are absolutly useless and which one's are worth trying. As for my assistant manager he is pretty poor, but I am reloading the game at the end of each season so he should be consistant.
