I think you can nly get him if you have Uruguay loaded. I have heard good things about him in real life.

he starts at ajax. he's ok but james rodriguez is so much better.

He is pretty much the perfect playmaker. Good first touch, dribbling, creativity, technique, off the ball. Could be played as a trequartista aswell, especially with a decent finishing stat. Usually loads anyway, and if you use 10.3, he is at Ajax.
